I got these wedges at nordstroms.. my dad told me they look like hooker shoes? (PICS)?

I don't think they look like hooker shoes. Maybe it just bothers your dad that you are getting "grown-up" shoes instead of something more young, like sneakers or flats. That's just how some parents are. They are afraid to see their kids grow up. Don't let the comment get to you. Keep the shoes if you like them.
