What is very long length of human neck & is there 20 cm length for neck?

the average length of human neck is around 5 inches (12 cm) & 6 inches is generally long for neck but not very long & my friend say the size of Gisele B�ndchen is defenetly 20 cm do u think is it true thanks for giving answer to me
