I want to become a Model and need some help.?

I am trying my best to pursue my dream in becoming a model. I absolutely LOVE Victoria's Secret. Heidi Klum, Gisele Bundchen, Miranda Kerr and Tyra Banks are my idols. They are amazing and such gorgeous women. I need somewhere to start. I was going to sign with Cosmo Models, but the BBB said they cheat you with your money and stuff. I would really appriciate some websites, I have also tried Fords Modeling, but have yet to hear any feed back.
