Some people look better in photos and some look better in real life why?

Generally, the more defined your features, the better they look in photos. If you have a strong jaw and bright eyes, you photograph better than if you had a rounder jaw and softer features. Its all in the way that the light refracts off your features. Also, some people pose better than others. And I dont mean pucker there lips a certain way, but a slight turn of the head can bring light onto your face. Bringing the neck out and chin up eliminates double chin. Widening your eyes slightly makes you look more alive. Some people are better at the little adjustments than others.
